When I looked deeply at the journey of healing, awakening, and consciousness, I realized the path naturally formed into 12 stages. Then I looked again at the abbreviation of Holy Souls City: H = 8 S = 1 C = 3 8+1+3=12 This aligns with the 12 stages of returning back to light. Then when I reduced “Holy Souls City” further, it returned to 5. To me, this reflects movement, transformation, freedom, expansion, and consciousness in motion. The journey home is not only physical. It is spiritual, emotional, psychological, and energetic. It is the journey from unconscious darkness back into awareness. 🌑 THE 12 STAGES OF THE JOURNEY BACK HOME 1. PURE LIGHT — BEFORE THE WORLD This is the original human state. Before fear. Before rejection. Before comparison. Before shame. A child enters existence connected to soul and spirit naturally. The light is open, soft, and pure. This is the untouched state of consciousness. Not perfect in knowledge, but pure in essence. 2. THE FOG APPEARS — GROWING UP As the child grows, the world begins shaping the mind. Words, environments, systems, and experiences begin creating fog around awareness. The child starts absorbing: fear, pressure, comparison, emotional wounds, rejection, conditioning. This is where separation slowly begins. 3. DARKNESS GROWS — IGNORED & SUPPRESSED Pain that is not healed becomes internal darkness. The human starts burying emotions instead of understanding them. Anger grows. Fear grows. Insecurity grows. Pride grows. Hatred grows. Patterns repeat unconsciously. This is where many people begin losing connection with themselves. 4. LIGHT BECOMES COVERED — SOUL BATTERY OFF The soul never disappears, but it becomes buried under survival and emotional pain. This is what I call: > “The soul battery switching off.” The person still functions physically, but internally they feel: empty, disconnected, confused, emotionally heavy. The spirit struggles to recognize the vessel clearly because the inner light is covered. 5. OPERATING IN DARKNESS — BODY TAKES OVER Now the human operates mainly through the body. Life becomes only about: survival, money, pressure, fear, ego, pleasure, distraction, panic, competition. The body becomes the ruler instead of consciousness. This creates chaotic vessels. Humans begin living mechanically instead of intentionally. 6. AWAKENING — THE QUESTIONING STAGE At some point, the human becomes tired internally. Even if they have success externally, something feels missing. This is where awakening begins. The person starts asking: Who am I? Why am I suffering? Why do patterns repeat? What is life beyond survival? Why do I feel disconnected? This is the beginning of consciousness returning. 🌒 THE RETURN JOURNEY BEGINS 7. AWARENESS — SEEING THE TRUTH Now the human begins seeing clearly. They recognize: emotional wounds, toxic patterns, inherited pain, generational trauma, false identities, ego behaviors. Awareness becomes the first true freedom. Because what is unconscious controls you. What becomes conscious can transform. 8. SHADOW WORK — FACING DARKNESS This is the hardest stage. Why I Believe Humanity Feels Fragmented I have been observing humanity deeply, and one thing I continue to see clearly is that humanity is becoming more connected technologically while becoming more disconnected emotionally, spiritually, psychologically, and internally. Many people today are surrounded by information, communication, entertainment, and systems, yet inside themselves they feel divided, lost, empty, misunderstood, anxious, and disconnected from meaning. I believe this is one of the greatest hidden crises of modern humanity. I see fragmentation everywhere. I see families living together physically but disconnected emotionally. I see communities weakening. I see loneliness increasing even in a world filled with constant communication. I see anxiety, depression, confusion, emotional exhaustion, and silent suffering increasing globally. I see relationships becoming transactional instead of deeply human. I see people materially surrounded yet spiritually empty. To me, modern humanity gained information, but lost inner connection. Why I Believe Humanity Feels Fragmented From my observation and experience, the root of fragmentation is separation. Human beings naturally seek unity: - unity within themselves, - unity with others, - unity with nature, - and unity with deeper meaning. But modern life separates these dimensions. Many people are internally divided between: - what they truly feel, - what society expects them to be, - what they fear, - and what they deeply desire. This creates internal conflict. I have seen people smiling publicly while suffering privately. I have seen people chasing success while feeling empty inside themselves. The mind, emotions, body, and deeper consciousness stop moving together in harmony. That is fragmentation. Why I Believe People Suffer Psychologically I do not believe psychological suffering only comes from individual weakness or isolated personal problems. I believe much of it comes from disconnection. Most people are never truly taught: - emotional understanding, - self-awareness, - inner healing, - silence, - or conscious reflection. Instead, humanity is mostly trained to: - survive, - compete, - perform, - produce, - and keep moving endlessly. As a result: - emotions become suppressed, - trauma accumulates, - identity becomes unstable, - and many people lose connection with their authentic self. I believe human beings need meaning just as much as they need food and shelter. Without meaning: - achievements feel empty, - routines become exhausting, - and life starts feeling mechanical. Many systems today focus heavily on productivity, money, status, performance, and external success while neglecting the human inner world. Because of this, many people survive physically while suffering internally. Disconnection From Human Bonds One thing I continue to realize deeply is that human beings are designed for genuine connection. Deep relationships regulate the human mind, emotions, and nervous system. But when relationships become: - unstable, - superficial, - transactional, - isolated, - or built only on temporary satisfaction, then loneliness increases, trust weakens, and emotional insecurity grows. I believe many psychological struggles today are intensified by social isolation and lack of genuine human connection. Why Modern Systems Feel Disconnected From Human Meaning I have also realized that many modern systems were designed for efficiency rather than human wholeness. For example: - education often focuses more on memorization than self-understanding, - economies often focus more on profit than human wellbeing, - social systems often reward competition more than cooperation, - and digital systems often capture attention instead of deepening awareness. As a result, many people feel treated more like: - consumers, - workers, - statistics, - followers, - or data, instead of conscious human beings. This creates a civilization advancing technologically while struggling emotionally and spiritually. The Breakdown Between Generations Another thing I see clearly is the weakening connection between generations. Traditionally: - elders carried wisdom, - adults carried responsibility, - and children carried future potential. Wisdom, values, emotional grounding, and life understanding flowed naturally across generations. But today generations are becoming separated by: - technology, - cultural speed, - ideological conflict, - and the collapse of deeper community structures. The result is: - elders feeling unheard, - youth feeling misunderstood, - and society losing continuity of wisdom. I believe a civilization without intergenerational harmony becomes psychologically unstable because every generation starts again without deeper grounding. Consciousness and Human Relationships From my understanding, human consciousness develops through relationships. People discover themselves through: - family, - friendship, - love, - community, - dialogue, - and shared experience. When relationships are built only on: - fear, - control, - status, - manipulation, - ego, - or temporary pleasure, human consciousness becomes shallow and unstable. Healthy relationships create healthy consciousness. How I Believe Harmony Could Be Restored I do not believe restoration begins only through institutions or external systems. I believe restoration begins inside human awareness and relationships themselves.
